Policies
Cancellation: Flexible - 14 days
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price anytime.
You'll accept prepayment by: Credit card. You'll refund within: 7 days.
Internet: WiFi is available in the Apartments and is free of charge.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:
All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge in a crib.
All children under 12 years are charged NZD $25 per night for extra beds.
Any additional older children or adults are charged NZD $25 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Parking: Public parking is available across the road and costs NZD $7 per day.
By booking you agree to the House Rules:
No smoking
No parties/events
Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 08:00
Pets are not allowed
Key Pickup:
Guests pick up the keys at the property
The keys are in a lockbox
We will send you a message prior to your arrival with the lock box location and code.
Check-in & Check-out Times
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Check-out from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Additional fees & charges:
End of stay cleaning fee of $65NZD/stay – not included in Apartment nightly rate
