The Terminus is a "Quiet Building" after 9pm to ensure all guests have a peaceful and relaxing stay.
No Pets, no Parties, or Events.
No Smoking or Vaping.

2 balconies - one small balcony overlooking the harbour and the other a larger private area with barbecue and seating.
Plenty of free after hours parking available outside the building which becomes $5 per day 9am-6pm. Other options available if required.

We are in the heart of the vibrant redeveloping Heritage Precinct of Dunedin. Restaurants, cafes and shops all in close walking distance.
Moiety Restaurant on the ground floor of The Terminus, serving a 5 course degustation menu and interesting drinks.
The Tart Tin Boutique Bakehouse on the ground floor, open 7 days 7am - 1pm.
Chinese Gardens and Toitu Otago Settlers Museum just across the road.
The Octagon (heart of the city) with iSite Visitors Centre, Dunedin Public Art Gallery and many Cafes, Pubs and Restaurants is 10 minutes walk away.
The Duke of Wellington Pub is one block away.

Parking on the street outside the building - all day at $11 per day or $2 per hour (9am-6pm) and free overnight, Sundays and public holidays.
