Plenty of free after hours parking available outside the building which becomes $5 per day 9am-6pm. Other options available if required.

We are in the heart of the vibrant redeveloping Heritage Precinct of Dunedin. Restaurants, cafes and shops all in close walking distance.
Newly opened Moiety Restaurant on the ground floor of The Terminus, serving a 5 course degustation menu and interesting drinks.
Urbn Vino Urban Winery also located on the ground floor. Tours by arrangement. Urbn Vino wine sales around the corner at Wine Freedom on Vogel Street and at The Otago Farmers Market every Saturday morning. Cellar Door open Saturday 1-5pm for tastings and retail sales.
Chinese Gardens and Toitu Otago Settlers Museum just across the road.
The Octagon (heart of the city) with iSite Visitors Centre, Dunedin Public Art Gallery and many Cafes, Pubs and Restaurants is 10 minutes walk away.
The Duke of Wellington Pub is one block away.
